According to the head of the Kiev department of the department of cyberpolicy Sergey Krapiva, law enforcers learned that the forbidden content of the people of Kiev was distributed from their home computers through peer-to-peer networks on the Internet. Their activities lasted more than a year. Currently, police have detected more than one terabyte of child pornography videos.

"Male residents of the Goloseevskiy district of the capital, 30, 35 and 50 years old, we were told that the distribution was solely for the purpose of maintaining a positive statistics of downloads and file shipments in the corresponding networks on the Internet.

And even when we searched, one of the defendants tried to remove the video from the computer and hide the crime, but we prevented and seized the evidence attached to the criminal proceedings, "- said Krapiva.

During the searches, law enforcement officers seized computer equipment, through which attackers distributed prohibited content. These are three system blocks and two hard drives that were sent for examination.

The head of the cyberpolicy of Kiev noted that in the work to identify such facts, the capital cyberpolicy cooperates with law enforcement agencies of the United States and Great Britain.
