Ukrainian Defense Forces carried out successful counterattacks on several sectors of the front and were able to advance east of Aleksandrovka in the Donetsk region. ISW also draws attention to the situation around several settlements. In the Gulyai-Polye direction, the occupiers also carried out attacks on October 6 and 7, but were unable to achieve confirmed progress.
In the west of the Zaporozhye region, Russian troops carried out limited offensive operations.
