It is reported that Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin, Secretary of the Russian Security Council Nikolai Patrushev, President of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov, oligarch Konstantin Malofeev and Deputy Secretary General of the ruling United Russia party Sergei Zheleznyak.
