The premiere of the performance "Mowgli" is approaching every day. Today there was a press conference for the media, on which we talked a little about the future premiere.

Director of the play Yuri Chaika said why he chose to stage the "Mowgli". The main thing in the play, which he is putting now, is that Mowgli grows into a pack of wolves, in the jungle - and remains a man. And it is very important - to remain human in any situation. Therefore, his performance is about the difficult situation of the growth of a little man into an adult in any conditions, even the most difficult. And it is told about the complex issues of growing up in the genre of "action", so watching the performance is interesting, and interesting for kids and adults.

Director of Plastic Marina Zamchevskaya for the first time performs such a large-scale work. Marina liked that the actors of our theater are capable of much - even on something that they had never suspected before. Actors selflessly climb the ropes, along the poles, pylons, jump, tumbling, make "wheels", perform acrobatic stunts and much more.

Nikolai Bezuglov shared the secrets of creating music for the performance, in which Indian motifs and African rhythms.

And the main artist of the theater Nikolai Bezuglov praised the work of his pupil - the production designer Svetlana Rodoslava, who is young, talented, promising. She found her vision of the stage for this production.

Director-artistic director of the theater Oksana Burlai-Piterova noted that in the Odessa Youth Theater recently there has been a tendency to attract young people to work, and this is bearing fruit. Young filmmakers, artists are always an experiment. But our theater is not afraid to trust young masters. The play "Mowgli" is also an experiment.

"Mowgli" is an experimental plastic drama, this we have not done yet.
