The Club of Rome wants to strengthen the line of defense.
The central defender of the Italian Verona, Nicolo Casale, only this season got a full opportunity to play in the starting lineup of his native club, and has already managed to take part in 22 matches without scoring..
Despite his young, 23-year-old age, the football player has already played in six clubs, Verona, Perugia, Prato, Sudtirol, Venezia and Empoli, in most cases playing in their composition on loan.
The progress of the young man did not go unnoticed by the stronger teams of the country, and the Neapolitan Napoli became one of the first who showed interest in signing a defensive line player.
According to Italian journalist Nicolo Schira, the Eagles are ready to pay 10 million euros for the artist if he makes a full transfer already during the winter transfer window..
Casale is valued at €4m by Transfermarkt, with his current contract ending in the summer of 2026.
