Defender of Southampton Virgil van Dyke can move to the team of Pep Guardiola.
The leadership of Southampton previously said that it is ready to part with the Dutch defender for only 70 million pounds.
This amount is ready to pay for van Dyck Liverpool, but the "red" will still have to win the competition from Chelsea, Barcelona and Man City.
According to The Telegraph, the leadership of the "townspeople" is confident that they will be able to lure the player into their ranks for 60 million pounds.
The 26-year-old defender will help the leaders of the Premier League to bring the season to the championship end and help cope with the personnel problems in the position of the central defender (the Company and Stones are injured, and Mangal does not expect a training headquarters).
