On the Victory Day, the Ukrainian Navy Orchestra made an unexpected congratulation to 96-year veteran Ivan Kulibaba.
This was reported by eyewitnesses in social networks.
It is noted that the Marine veteran has not left his own apartment for a long time, and also gets up with difficulty. At the same time he came out in the form to meet the orchestra members who congratulated him on May 9, thanking, therefore, for his contribution to the victory over the Nazis.
