31. 03. 2020, the Svyatoshinsky District Court of Kiev, as part of a jury, completed the consideration of the indictment against a military serviceman under the contract of a junior sergeant of the Armed Forces, accused of. 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - intentional murder.
Found that 05. 09. 2016 on the territory of the Kiev Regional Clinical Hospital in. Kiev, the youngest sergeant fired seven shots at a man from a Makarov pistol, causing him multiple gunshot wounds. As a result of injuries, the victim died.
The court fully agreed with the arguments of the prosecution - the military prosecutor’s office of the Central region and found the soldier guilty of intentional murder.
According to the verdict of the court, the accused will spend 15 years behind bars.
