In Transcarpathia warn of the rise in water levels in the rivers due to heavy rains

This is stated in the message of the State Service of Ukraine for Emergency Situations with reference to the data of the Hydrometeorological Center.

So, in connection with the expected heavy precipitation on the rivers of the Transcarpathian region, there will be an increase in water levels by 0.2-1.0 m, without the threat of negative consequences.

According to the agency, it is also expected to generate a significant local runoff and a rapid increase in water levels in small streams.
