In Turkey law enforcers dispersed march of LGBT representatives for their rights.

This is written by the Russian Air Force Service.

It is noted that for the third year in a row the city authorities have forbidden the holding of the event, referring to the fact that the participants of the march may allegedly be attacked by the followers of the extreme right ideologies.

This year, as in the previous ones, LGBT representatives stated that they would take to the streets, despite the ban.

People gathered on the approaches to Taksim Square, where there were already many policemen. In addition, it is specified that there were more law enforcers than participants.

First, the police arrested several people, and then used rubber bullets to finally disperse the march.

Eyewitnesses said that a helicopter was circling in the sky, and some people assure that they saw water cannons in the streets.

As the "Observer" reported, in Moldova, on Sunday, May 21, a protest march took place among representatives of the LGBT community, whose members were pelted with eggs by believers.
