Ukraine so late appealed to the International Court of Justice in The Hague because it had to undergo a procedure of bilateral consultations.

This is on the air of Espresso. TV Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration Ivan Klimpush-Tsintsadze told.

She stressed that Russia is now accusing Ukraine of late appealing to an international court.



"And Ukraine could not apply earlier because it was obliged to go through all this procedure of bilateral consultations in order to have the right to appeal to the UN court," explained the Deputy Prime Minister.

According to her, maximum use should be made of the possibilities of international law, because we do not have the other.

As reported by the "Observer", the Foreign Ministry told about the results of the third day of the trial in The Hague.
