North Korea warned the US that if new sanctions were adopted, Washington would "pay the proper price and face the greatest pain and suffering in its entire history" if it continues to insist on tightening the sanctions regime against the DPRK. This is reported by Yahoo! News. The message of the DPRK Ministry of Foreign Affairs, circulated by the state agency of CTC, notes that the United States will "pay the proper price" if they continue to promote their "illegal resolution" in the UN Security Council. On Sunday, September 3, North Korea announced a successful underground test of a hydrogen warhead for an ICBM. The latest seismological data of Japanese specialists, presented on Wednesday, September 6, indicate that the explosion power was about 160 kilotons. According to DPRK leader Kim Jong-Yin, the sixth nuclear test is "a great victory for the Korean people and proof that the DPRK is a nuclear power with an intercontinental ballistic missile with a hydrogen charge.

" The United States intends to submit a draft resolution on the next September 11 to the United Nations Security Council strengthening of sanctions against the DPRK for the country's nuclear test. In the document circulated among the members of the Security Council it is proposed to prohibit the supply of oil and oil products to the country, and also to impose an embargo on the products of the North Korean light industry.
