In Russia, about 38% of respondents believe in the existence of a military threat against their country.
This is evidenced by the data of the All-Russian Center for the Study of Public Opinion, "Kommersant".
Most of them assess the high probability of conflict with the USA (63%). At the same time, every third (31%) believes in a military threat from Ukraine.
Among the possible military rivals, Russians also include the North Atlantic Alliance (7%), China (5%), Great Britain (4%), the Islamic State (4%), Syria (3%) and Germany (3%).
At the same time, Russians note that in case of an armed conflict, Russia can be helped by China (41%), Belarus (25%) or Kazakhstan (18%).
