The state television of Saudi Arabia during the broadcast of the meeting of the Chancellor of Germany Angela Merkel with the King of the country Salman bin Abdul-Aziz al-Saud, censored the head of a German guest who refused to wear a handkerchief.
A screenshot from the broadcast was posted on its Twitter page by Arab journalist Kevork Almassian.
"The state Saudi TV has blown Angela Merkel's hair," he wrote.
As you know, the law of this country prescribes a clear rule that obliges women to wear clothes in full growth and cover their hair in public places.
Merkel ignored this requirement of the law, arranging a "hairy protest".
