Podolyak called Kyiv's conditions for negotiations with Moscow

Mikhail Podolyak, adviser to the head of the office of the President of Ukraine, listed on his Twitter a list of conditions that Ukraine intends to put forward in possible negotiations with Russia.

These conditions, he said, look like this: " Withdrawal of z-troops from [Ukraine]. Return of stolen citizens. Extradition of war criminals. Reparations mechanism.

Recognition of the sovereign rights of [Ukraine]"

Podolyak, who took part in talks with Russian representatives in April, added that " "

Ukraine and Russia have not held direct talks since April, when consultations were held in Istanbul with the participation of the Ukrainian and Russian foreign ministers. Representatives of the Ukrainian side, as well as some Western countries, said that the fate of the war between the two states should be decided on the battlefield.
