On March 20, people's deputies adopted a draft resolution on a complex of urgent measures for the practical implementation of the international legal responsibility of the Russian Federation for armed aggression against Ukraine. It is reported that 229 out of 335 deputies present at the meeting voted "for".

The resolution proposes to create an interdepartmental body that will be responsible for preparing a consolidated claim of Ukraine as a state subjected to aggression to the Russian Federation as an aggressor state.

The resolution also obliges the Cabinet to develop a methodology for determining the damage and the amount of losses inflicted on Ukraine by the armed aggression of the Russian Federation and to submit to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine a bill on the register of natural and legal persons affected by armed aggression of the Russian Federation.
