The corresponding statement was reported by the deputy head of the Luhansk Regional State Aviation Administration Yuriy Klimenko on air 112 Ukraine.

According to him, Luhansk oblast does not currently have a connection with Ukraine's energy system. The reason is that the power lines pass along the front line and there is no way to restore them.

Another problem in this area is the lack of gas supply. In particular, since 2014, without fuel remained four settlements.

"We have restored almost all socially important objects of state and municipal property - schools, kindergartens, hospitals. For repair was spent from the budget of the State Administration and the state budget almost 400 million USD, "- said Klimenko.

However, the deputy head of the Luhansk regional CAA said that it is also problematic to restore the housing stock. At the moment there is no mechanism for restoring private houses, and this is the majority of the destroyed facilities in the region.
