This was said by the Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Siyarto at a meeting of the Council of Ministers of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe.

All conditions Siyarto voiced during a meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Pavel Klimkin.

The conditions are as follows:

first, no right of the Hungarian minority should be taken away, and secondly, the Transcarpathian Hungarians must confirm their consent to changes in the law.

According to the Hungarian Foreign Minister, if these two conditions are met, the Hungarian government will not impede Ukraine in the EU.

As previously reported in URA-Inform, Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Siyarto said at a meeting of the Foreign Ministers of NATO countries that Ukraine having adopted a new law on education violated its obligations to NATO.
