Vice Speaker of the illegitimate State Duma Peter Tolstoy on the air of the Kremlin First Channel called Ukraine the Russian territory.

On the air of the program "Time will show", where the film about the Ukrainian military "War for Peace" was discussed, Tolstoy made a scandal, calling the show and discussion of this film at one of the Moscow film festivals unacceptable.

"This goes against our entire history, the notions of justice, and with what happens in reality in our Ukraine. In our Ukraine, not on the part that is now temporarily occupied by impudent nationalists and separatists, "- said Tolstoy.

Responding to a cry from the audience that Ukraine is not Russian, Tolstoy said: "Yes, there is and always will be".
