These cases should already be considered by the Anti-Corruption Court. Such a statement in the briefing was made by the Prosecutor General of our country Yuriy Lutsenko. According to him - all these four thousand cases of criminal corruption, which are currently in the courts, should have long been considered by the Anti-Corruption Court.
The Prosecutor General also stressed that the Anti-Corruption Court should form in each region as the first instance, and the second instance should be located in Kiev, and the cassation instance is the Chamber of the Supreme Court.
