In September, MPs demonstrated record low participation rates in the Verkhovna Rada.

As counted in the Committee of Voters of Ukraine, on average one deputy took part in a quarter, 25%, of voting for the month, which is the lowest indicator for 2017. For comparison, in July, one deputy took part in an average of 48% of the vote of the Council, in June - 55%, in May - 49%, in April - 45%, in March - 54%, in February - 51%, in January - 50%.

In general, in September, only 60-80 deputies voted regularly (more than half the time).

So, on September 22, 52 deputies actively voted in parliament, September 21 - 85, September 20 - 80, September 19 - 87, September 8 - 62, September 7 - 99, September 5 - 134 out of 422.

In general, 353 people's deputies missed half or more votes in September (that is, they did not press "for", "against" or "abstained"). Of these, 46 deputies missed more than 90% of the polls. They either were absent from the workplace, or deliberately did not vote.

A total of 933 ballots took place in September, 856 of which referred to amendments to Bill No. 6232 on judicial reform.
