On Wednesday, July 5, during the meeting of the regulatory committee of politicians, he noted that he regards the relevant representation of the Prosecutor General as a political blackmail of the faction of the "Radical Party" and an attempt to discredit.

In his turn, Yuriy Lutsenko explained that the Prosecutor General's Office can present Lozovoy suspicion of tax evasion for the amount of 1.7 million hryvnia. He also stressed that the GPU did not receive information about Lozovaya's additional revenues by any of the available sources.

In any state registers there is no information, in particular about the receipt of the estate by Lozov. Thus, at the moment the investigation has exhausted the possibility of finding other incomes and considers it possible to present in case of consent of the parliament a suspicion to the deputy to Lozovoi about tax evasion.

At the same time, the members of the regulatory committee noted that their task was only to assess the validity of the prosecutor's office's presentation, and not to speak out or decide on the issue of deprivation of immunity.
