The document was supported by 244 people's deputies. Thus, in Ukraine it is proposed to increase the penalty for parking vehicles on the ground, intended for the disabled.
The law also provides for the determination that a disabled driver must show supporting documents about the presence of a disability in his or one of the passengers (except for clearly expressed signs of disability), or he must pay a fine of sixty to one hundred non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens.
According to the law, a disabled person can use any parking space if there are no parking spaces for disabled people in the parking lot. Also, the right to a parking space for disabled persons near residential buildings.
In this case, the sign "Driver with a disability" should be placed on cars in front and behind.
Recall, as reported URA-Inform, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Thursday, June 22, adopted in the first reading the bill number 6427-d "On the Constitutional Court of Ukraine". The document was supported by 231 people's deputies.
