This is stated in one of the analytical articles of the newspaper Mirror Week.
It is reported that the draft Ministry of Finance does not contain clear definitions and distinctions between legal games (lotteries) and banned gambling. In addition, the document also lacks clear criteria on which this or that game can be considered a lottery.
The message also says that the control of the lottery operator in the document is reduced only to the use of simple cash registers at points of sale of lotteries.
While the world practice shows that for such a business it is necessary to use special lottery terminals through which bets are accepted and payoffs are paid and data is displayed in the central system.
It should also be noted that the document does not say anything about bookmaking, which is banned in Ukraine.
Earlier, URA-Inform reported that the US Ministry of Finance advocates the preservation of Ukraine's policy of sanctions against Russia.
