About this, US Vice President Mike Pence said on Saturday, writes the Air Force.

He made this statement at a press conference in Australia, where he came as part of his Asian tour. The nuclear and missile programs of the DPRK have become one of the main topics in the Pensa talks with the leaders of the countries of this region.

According to Pens, the peaceful denuclearization of the Korean peninsula is still possible, as Washington is establishing relations with Beijing.

The DPRK and the US have recently made a number of harsh statements against each other. North Korea warned that it would respond to a possible nuclear strike from the US by its own blow. President of the United States Donald Trump, for his part, again promised to "solve the problem" of the DPRK.

On April 11, US President Donald Trump said in an interview with Fox that the US was sending a "very powerful armada" towards the Korean Peninsula.

His words provoked a violent reaction in East Asia, where they suspected that the US was preparing for a preventive strike against North Korea. However, on April 19, it turned out that the ships went not to the north, to the Sea of ??Japan, but to the other side - to Australia - for planned exercises with the Australian military.

The next day, representatives of the White House and the Pentagon clarified that there was no mistake in Trump's words, since the "Karl Vinson" campaign was originally planned along the route to the Korean peninsula through Australia.
