According to relatives of the deceased, before suicide Nasyrlaeva had a conflict with the Deputy Dean of NMU Tatyana Timokhina because of her refusal to help her extend her residence permit in Ukraine.

"As it turned out, the dean's office for work with foreign students of NMU Bogomolets did not submit Mukaddas's documents to the migration service on time to obtain a temporary residence permit. A week before the disappearance of Mukaddas, the Embassy of Turkmenistan asked her to bring a statement on assistance with the residence permit in Ukraine, endorsed by the dean of the faculty. The deputy dean for work with foreign students at the Bogomolets NMU, Tatykhina Tatyana Alexandrovna, without even reading, broke the application of Mukaddas and gave it to her, saying that she would not sign anything.

The press service of the medical university on February 19 said that Nasyrlaeva was notified of the expulsion of Bogomolets from the NMU in connection with the violation of the migration legislation on January 24.
