Moreover - the average daily temperature reached the mark of + 21,7 ° С, thus exceeding the record value from 1909 - by 0,1 degrees. And on September 18 in the capital, the warmest night was recorded for all 137 years of observations - the temperature did not drop below 18.6 degrees - which is 2.4 degrees warmer than in 1939.
