The restriction applies to the city of Kiev from 10. 00 to 22. 00.
Changes are introduced by order of the KSCA from 07. 07. 2012 year № 1173 "On the restriction of heavy traffic on the streets and roads in Kiev due to the increase in air temperature".
Recall, as reported URA-Inform, in Kiev will restrict traffic. On some streets of Kiev due to repairs on August 15-16 will restrict traffic.
