According to Klitschko, about two years in the Verkhovna Rada under consideration was a bill to streamline parking. However, today the document is adopted only in the first reading.

Also, the mayor added that at the moment it is impossible to shoot an irresponsible driver who left his car in the wrong place.

Nevertheless, order in the capital must be urgently established.

"We really hope for the responsibility of drivers. And this big turnover of shadow cash should cease to exist, "- said the head of Kiev.
