As reported by eyewitnesses, the accident occurred near the park Nivki. The comrade of the deceased tried to drag the body off the road, but, having called the police and ambulance, disappeared from the scene.
A little later, four men appeared at the scene of the road accident, one of whom was in an inadequate state, rushed at people and demanded a driver.
One of the police tried to calm down the rowdy, but he hit him in the face. After that, the patrolman was forced to make a warning shot from the service weapon and only after using physical strength the man managed to calm and detain.
