In fact, the bank is a public institution that no longer even imitates independent business.. I'm not talking about such things as customer interests, trust, or, I apologize, bank secrecy. You open an account of an entrepreneur, and you are already seen as a criminal, who is the main mission of the bank to expose. All this surprisingly coincides with the terrible quality of service in the branches; the last years have been steadily falling.. Interestingly, then this whole public wonders why Ukrainians flee from this state of insanity where their eyes are.
