The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine plans to amend the rules for the payment of scholarships, taking into account the revealed shortcomings of the system. The rating is planned to be transferred from the level of specialization to the higher level - the faculty.
This was stated by profile minister Lilia Grinevich, "Ukrinofirm". "At the faculty level, it is possible to make a fairer rating. At the level of specialization, the groups are very small and uneven in quality of students' education. Now we have realized this problem and we have to correct it, "said Grinevich. In addition, the Ministry of Education plans to allow universities to use the remains of a scholarship fund for additional support to students.
