The figurant of the case of the murder of journalist Vyacheslav Veremiy Yuri Krysin was released, human rights activist Maria Tomak said on her Facebook page, citing her own sources.

"Just at this moment, at 20. 00, the police of the Kiev region removes from Yuri Krysin an electronic bracelet. This is reported by our sources. Now the suspect in the episode of the murder of Veremii, as well as in the shooting at the gas station in Kiev - a free man, "- she wrote.

Tomak said that this situation was due to the judge Solomensky district court in Kiev Elena Kurova.

"First g. Kurova did not set a timely preparatory hearing for the court, later groundlessly failed him and extended the measure of restraint for Krysin, thus creating legal uncertainty, and finally - contrary to the request of the Department of Special Investigations of the GPU - did not inform the GU of the Kiev region that the measure Restraint Rat is considered automatically extended, "- explains the human rights activist.

According to her, the next meeting of the Solomensky District Court, which may consider the extension of the measure of restraint for Rat, will be held on April 28.

"By the time Yuri Krysin has enough time and a legitimate right to dump somewhere. I would not be surprised if this happens, "added Tomak.

Krysin managed to commit two more crimes in the course of three years while the investigation is underway.

He is accused of having beaten a journalist with a baseball bat near Mikhaylovskaya Square in the group "titoshok" on February 18, 2014 in Kiev. According to investigators, a direct murder of the journalist was committed by a resident of Gorlovka (Donetsk region) Jalal Aliyev.

Vyacheslav Veremiy was killed by armed titles in Kiev on the night of 18 to 19 February last year during the Revolution of Virtue.

Now there is a lawsuit on the murder of Veremiah. According to the investigation, five people took part in the crime.

A 45-year-old Jalal Aliyev, nicknamed Dima Dagestanets, is suspected in the murder. The Prosecutor General's Office claims that they have evidence of Aliyev's cooperation with one of the people's deputies from the Party of Regions.

In July, the head of the Center for the Exchange of Prisoners, Vladimir Ruban, announced the liquidation of Jalal Aliyev alongside Gorlovka.
