To achieve a speed of 20 Gbps on a USB interface supporting the USB 3 specification. 2 it will not be necessary to purchase new cables. However, it is important to note that doubling the bandwidth is guaranteed only for certified USB Type-C cables.
USB Type-C Cables with USB 3 Support. 2 will be transferred to a two-channel mode of operation. Each of the channels will provide a speed of 5 or 10 Gbit / s. Thus, the total throughput can be 10 or 20 Gbit / s.
