The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine increased the salaries paid to state employees who work in the field of cybersecurity, cyber defense and security of information technologies by 20%, the press service of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine reports..
It is reported that the Cabinet of Ministers adopted a resolution "On Amendments to Notes on the Scheme of Official Salaries in Public Service Positions for Wage Groups, Taking into Account the Jurisdiction of State Bodies in 2017", supplemented by a new clause providing for increasing public salaries in cybersecurity, cyber defense and Security of information technology by 20%.
In addition, the adoption of this resolution of the Cabinet will allow to resolve the issue of determining the salary of the first deputy head of an independent structural unit (group 4) by setting its size to 3% below the salary of the head of the corresponding independent structural unit,.
