The success of the government's reform of medicine will be a common success for citizens, in fact they will receive a quality service, and doctors - quality working conditions and a decent salary. This was stated by Prime Minister of Ukraine Vladimir Groysman, the Government portal.

"In 3-5 years we will change the situation. It is already next year will be different. We will pay for the service all that is needed. For people, everything will be free! But every institution should know that it is necessary to take the patient qualitatively, to give him a normal service. Just do not take place. But now we are introducing the system when "the funds go to the patient". It is you (the citizens) who will show you where to pay the money for the service. And this is nonsense, that one of the patients will pay. I want to appeal to politicians and people: the reform of this (payment by the patient) does not provide for. We will pay for the patient and for attention to the citizens, "said Groisman.

He stressed that the situation in medicine requires changes, since decades in this area was "a fight for cash flows, not for quality of service".

"And I also lost loved ones because of the inability of our medicine, the inability to save lives. And this pain for many of us goes through life. Therefore, we need to change the situation and we will change it, "the Prime Minister stressed..

He did not rule out that in the process of change, discomfort and misunderstanding are possible, but he expressed confidence that everything can be solved.
