Physicians from Harvard University found that men can protect themselves against the development of prostate cancer if they regularly have sex.

This conclusion was made after a survey of 32,000 men in the US, according to NV referring to Indy100.

It turned out that those who more often ejaculate, 33% less likely to face prostate cancer, compared with less sexually active participants in the study. Why this happens - not yet determined. One of the assumptions is that ejaculations allow the body to get rid of toxins.

"This large study provides convincing evidence of the beneficial role of ejaculation in preventing prostate cancer.

We believe that twenty-one or more ejaculations per month can protect men from prostate cancer, "the study authors noted..

Also, researchers emphasized the positive role of diet in the prevention of prostate cancer.

"If a man wants to avoid prostate cancer and surgeries, he must do everything to reduce the fat content of food, avoid toxins that contribute to prostate problems and start a serious diet combining the main supplements that affect the prostate gland," one of the authors Research, Dr. James Balcz.
