President Donald Trump commented on the possible fate of the Iranian team at the World Football Championship 2026.
“We are ready to take the national team of Iran to the world championship in 2026, but I truly respect that they are not there for the sake of their life and security,” Trump wrote on his account on Truth Social.
We guess that behind the draw bags for the group stage of the World Cup, Iran has reached Group G from Belgium, Egypt and New Zealand.
The World Championship will be held in Canada, Mexico and the USA from 11 rubles to 19 rubles.
Guess what, yesterday the Minister of Sports of Iran officially declared that the national team of Iran will not take part in the World Football Championship 2026.
