The goalkeeper admitted that the Catalan team is happy with a draw in such a fight.
Catalan Barcelona escaped defeat in the match of the fifth round of the Spanish La Liga against Granada (1: 1).
The German goalkeeper of the “blue garnet” Marc-Andre ter Stegen summed up the results of the draw match, telling why his team did not manage to get a victory.
It's a shame, of course. At least in the end we were able to save the draw, and this is already something with such a game. After the first moment of the opponent, we were already losing, and this is difficult. They sat deep in defense, stalling for time. It cost us a game.
In the end, I think a draw is a good result.. We were left 1-1 but felt we could have done better.
We need fans more than ever. We need to unite stronger than ever. This is a difficult situation for us and for them.. We are convinced that the energy of young players will help the team move forward "
Earlier, the mentor of the Catalans Ronald Koeman spoke about the match, answering a question about his future.
