On the eve of a friendly match with France, the goalkeepers of the Ukrainian national team Andriy Lunin and Yuriy Pankiv passed positive tests for coronavirus. This was announced on Twitter by the journalist of Football TV channels Igor Burbas.
Thus, the only goalkeeper of the national team who is in the ranks is Georgy Buschan. Earlier, Andriy Pyatov and Taras Stepanenko were unable to join the national team due to coronavirus.
Two players' positive test scores jeopardize the game itself with France.
The match France - Ukraine is scheduled for October 7 and should start at 22:10 Kiev time.
