Football Association of England rejected the appeal of Arsenal on the red card of defender Laurent Koselni.
Косельни was removed from the field for a foul against Enner Valencia from Everton. It happened in the 38th round of the Premier League. Subsequently, the Frenchman was disqualified for 3 matches.
Arsenal hoped to achieve the cancellation of punishment and appealed. However, the petition was rejected.
"Laurent Koselni will leave three-legged disqualification. The penalty immediately comes into force after an attempt to prove his illegitimacy turned out to be a failure, "- says the statement of the Football Association.
Thus, Laurent will not play in the FA Cup final against Chelsea, which is scheduled for May 27. Also, the defender will miss 2 bouts in the next season.
