He emphasized that artists, like other citizens, pay taxes and the state should return money to them if they find themselves in a difficult situation and need support.

Earlier in May, Russian artist Sergei Glushko, known as Tarzan and the husband of Natasha Koroleva, complained about a lack of money during the period of self-isolation due to coronavirus. According to Glushko, his only business - a fitness center - closed due to restrictions amid a pandemic.
