The agricultural enterprise of JSC "Nasinnevoe", located in the territory of Kegicevsky, Krasnograd, Novovodolazsky districts of the Kharkov region, was brought to a critical state and stopped work.

Employees of the company blame the former director - Alexander Kolas.

"We worked, there were investments from the owner, the land bank was 8500 hectares. Residents of the districts were with work, and owners of land shares (shares) with a constant profit due to rent payments, "they say.. But, at that time, the actions of the head of the JSC "Nasinnevoe" Kolos can be regarded from their words as "purposeful bringing the enterprise to bankruptcy".

"Kolos began to break lease agreements, which were previously concluded by Nasinnevoy, as a result, in 2017 the land bank of the enterprise was reduced to 7,000 hectares.

At the same time, immediately after the termination of lease agreements, Kolos entered into land lease agreements with shareholders already on behalf of the company owned by Eridan + LLC, - employees of JSC Nasinnevoe.

"Eridan +" LLC, according to information from state registers, belongs to Kolos A. and his son Kolos H.

Thus, noted in the JSC "Nasintnevoe", Alexander Kolos deprived the enterprise of a part of the profits and led to a situation in which "Nasintnevoe" was mired in debt and ceased its work. Kolos himself with JSC "Nasinnevoe" resigned, taking with him the business of the investor.
