The head of the Main Investigation Department, Vitaly Nevgad, said that at this stage of work the agency completed an investigation into 686 thousand criminal proceedings. Of these, nearly 106,000 have already been sent to court. The specialist emphasized the main directions in the work of investigators, as well as priority cases that require urgent investigative actions.
A plan was voiced for organizational issues, which the National Police plan to resolve before the end of the year. Particular attention was paid to the issue of the recent increase in terrorist acts on the territory of Ukraine, as well as methods of combating their possible prevention.
