The General Prosecutor's Office conducts pre-trial investigation in a criminal case on the organization of a criminal scheme of stolen state funds, abuse of power or official position. On Wednesday, July 12, the press service of the General Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine.
According to the department, abuses in large amounts were carried out with complicity with officials of the National Commission for Regulation of the Energy and Utilities Market. Investigations also concern the organization of purchases of goods, works and services by the enterprise at significantly inflated prices, the ministry explained, adding that searches are conducted throughout Ukraine to identify and record statements on the circumstances of criminal proceedings.
