The air temperature can drop to minus two degrees in some places. According to the press service of the State Emergency Service, referring to the information of the Ukrainian weather forecasters, this night in the Chernigov, Sumy, Kharkov and Lugansk regions on the surface of the soil may be freezing.
Ukrainian weather forecasters warn about worsening of weather conditions in the territory of practically all Ukraine. So, according to the State Emergency Service in the southern part, in the eastern and most central regions, thunderstorms are possible, in places wind gusts and squalls can reach 15-20 meters per second.
Recall, as reported URA-Inform, on Monday night, Ukrainian weather forecasters warned of worsening weather conditions in the capital and several other areas.
