At the same time, the number of reported cases for the indicated period was more than 23 thousand. This information was distributed recently by Deutsche Welle. According to this information - on May 19, a member of WHO in the state of Yemen specified that the organization is waiting for the fact that quite soon the number of cases of such a dangerous disease as cholera will reach 300 thousand of cases. This can happen already within six months. This means that the payment for this people's lives will be extremely high - noted in WHO.
As reported URA-Inform, the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry asked Ukrainian citizens not yet to visit Yemen - because of the outbreak of cholera there.
