"Izvestia" reported, citing a member of the committee Zarifa Bayguskarova, that the State Duma Committee on State Construction and Legislation prepared amendments to the law "On Enforcement Proceedings," suggesting that the minimum debt at which Russians can not leave the country will be 30,000 rubles.

According to the law, earlier this amount was 10 thousand rubles. That is, now a Russian citizen can go abroad if his debt is less than 30 thousand rubles.

The newspaper informs: "Novations should come into force on October 1 of this year".

The initiative of the committee will be considered today, on July 4 in the second reading.
