Rossiyskaya Gazeta reports that the Bank of Russia denied the right to provide banking services to two non-bank lending institutions "Fidback" and "Settlement Financial House".
It is noted that both organizations did not comply with banking legislation, including countering the legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime.
The Central Bank appointed FB "FB" (reg. No. 3502-K, g. Moscow) temporary administration. It is specified that the organization is not a member of the deposit insurance system. And in terms of assets as of June 1, 2017, it held 571 place in the banking system of Russia.
In the message of the Bank of Russia it is noted that the "Settlement Financial House" (reg. No. 3430-K, g. St. Petersburg) is also not a participant in the deposit insurance system and since the end of 2016 the activity of the credit institution is oriented towards conducting doubtful transit operations.
