The commentary says: "As a result of the introduction of new functionality, for a while there were technical problems in the work of Visa bank cards. Approximately to 6 o'clock in the morning of the Moscow time the card service was restored in full. We apologize to all customers who are faced with the impossibility of conducting operations ".
